I first tried this combo more than ten years ago, after the spa had closed for the evening and my work week has come to a close. I really needed a massage after a long week of offering over 25 hours of deep tissue bodywork to clients, but there I was, exhausted and alone with my Aqua Detox machine, and the sauna was still hot…isn’t this how all amazing things are born?
I started with sweating it out in the sauna (many benefits here) for 30 minutes, while spacing out to my favorite massage music, and then soaked my feet in the detox footbath for another 30 minutes.
