I am beyond excited to announce that Rejuven8 will begin booking clients to start Thursday, June 25. And although we are excited to get back to our beloved craft, life as we know it has indeed shifted, and it is important for us to share with you, our facility’s new, post-COVID reality.
It is strongly advised to book your appointments well in advance. Short-notice appointments will be tricky to secure, as appointments now require larger windows of time. Therapists are allowing a half-hour in between each client, in order to properly socially distance, disinfect the spa, and allow ample time for rebooking, shopping, and our own self care.
There will be minimal people in the building at any given time. We are a three-office, private facility, with all independent business owners following a strict, state-mandated protocol, in addition to guidance recommended by our respective professional licensures.
You will be asked to fill out a COVID-19 questionnaire before your appointment, and wear a mask and have your temperature taken at each visit. Your massage therapist will also be wearing a mask and a clean apron for the duration of your appointment. For facial and waxing appointments, your therapist will additionally wear a face shield and gloves.
You will be asked to remain in your vehicle until you are called inside for your appointment. No guests are allowed to accompany you, unless medically necessary.
If you planned to visit Rejuven8 solely to purchase gift certificates, skincare, nutritional products, or any other retail items, please do so from our website, or call Kaera directly for assistance. These items can easily be shipped to your home for a flat rate of $5, or we can arrange a safe pickup at the Spa.
