Kindly give us 48-hours notice of reschedules and cancellations so your therapist can fill your appointment with another client.

You will be charged 100% of service fee for “no-show” and reschedule/cancellation of appointments within 48 hours of your appointment if we are not able to fill with another client. Opt to find a friend to come in in your place instead.

20% Gratuity for your therapist will be added to all Spa Retreats and Rituals, Series, Parties or two or more, and when booking multiple services. Prepayment is required to reserve a party time and 72 hours notice is required for cancellation thereof.
